Return Policy
Although 99.9% of items arrive as planned, we cannot be held responsible for items getting lost/delayed or damaged in the mail.

You will not be entitled to a refund if your order arrives damaged or is lost. If you want to make a complaint, please get in touch with your local postal service. We have nothing to do with the mailing process.

Unless a CD is somehow defective or there is a mistake with the order, we don't offer returns as everything is checked and carefully packaged before we send it.

In case of defective audio content, a CD can be returned to us. We send another one as soon as possible when we get the paiement for the additional shipping fees.
